Savages! The fun is happening again in the UP at Jeff Lipple’s Island View Resort! Charter fishing, sightseeing trips, water sports, swimming, paddle boarding, crafting, hiking, bonfires, fish fry, SATURDAY FEAST and more! Bring the family (even the dog) and have fun with some savages! DATES: Fri 9/1 3pm – Mon 9/4 but you are more than welcome to come early and/or stay later. This is a FAMILY and DOG friendly event! Registration opens 5/1/2023!

LODGING:

FISHING:

Message, Jeanna, RDI page, or Savage event to reserve your charter – the boats DO fill up!

BOATING: If you want to bring a boat – let Jeanna know so a slip is set up for you. No boat – no worries, there are ones at the resort to rent.

A few tid bits (remember most up to date info will be in the Facebook event):

FEAST:
We will have a LARGE group meal Saturday night (this is the BIG meal where we all pitch in $ and Jeremy cooks something awesome) and most likely a fish fry on Sunday as well as a clean the fridge out pot-luck. Rest of meals are on your own although we do tend to group together to eat and share leftovers and snacks. There is a grocery in town (closed on Sunday and Monday).

ACTIVITIES:
There is so much to do around there – as a group or go out and explore on your own! We swim, boat, hike, relax, nap, chat, read, watercolor, craft, play games, and more! Totally can do crowd planned or spur of moment winged. POST activities in the facebook event & see who is in to adventure with you. Message Jeanna, Savage event or the RDI page if you want ideas or have an idea to add to the event schedule.
