MODIFIED: Renegade Facebook LIVE Ask Anything March Modified 2020

Renegade Ask Me Anything Events for 2019 are scheduled! Renegade, do you have a burning real estate question or even a slightly smoldering idea? Have you tried to talk to Jeremy or Jay before, during, or after a meeting but the line is too long or your question too complex? Maybe you are intimidated by the chaos of the room?  Maybe you have too many connections you are chasing down.  No worries! We know it is impossible to talk to everyone at an RDI meeting. We are still here for you! At Renegade Ask Me Anything – you can do just that – come out, have a cup of coffee (or tea, or coco) and ask us any Real Estate related question that has been burning a hole in your notebook!

Born in Coos Bay, Oregon Jeremy considers himself a citizen of the world. As a Navy brat, he lived and grew up all over the world. Jeremy joined the Navy out of high school as a Nuclear Machinist Mate on a fast attack submarine. Later, he worked as a dishwasher, line cook, fence builder, and baker before he started in real estate in 2006. Jeremy and his wife, Jeanna, moved to Detroit in 2007 to take advantage of what he believes is still the greatest real estate opportunity of his generation. He’s flipped, wholetailed, wholesaled, rented, land contracted, turn key rentaled, as well as listed and sold over 600 deals. He lost everything twice and is still setting things right from the last failure. Jeremy loves all things farming, wild harvesting, permaculture farming, dogs, podcasting, and all things dealing with smoke and bbq. Jeremy and Jeanna started Renegade Detroit Investors in 2008; RDI is now the largest real estate investor meeting in Detroit. He runs his own team at KW Renegade Realty Group, covering all of South East Michigan and working all 6 counties. Jeremy wants to crush everything.

For the past 30 years Tomie has been a landlord/builder/developer/rehabber in Seattle, Wa, New Orleans, LA, The Republic of Panama and now Detroit. Tomie moved to Detroit in 2014 to take advantage of all the opportunities the Detroit market has. Before real estate he was an Audio Engineer. In 1984 he started Seismic Audio and built live sound gear and rented it to bands, clubs, tours, festivals and anyone who wanted to be louder.

Gerrit is an entrepreneur and investor. His current focus is on fix and flip real estate. He’s one of the founders of the Dirty House Buyers Meetup in Ann Arbor. He is also working in the startup space with his YouTube Channel Startup360Podcast. He has a beautiful wife and kid and lives in Ann Arbor where he hugs trees and eats granola by the fistful.

Mark Tomes: a husband, father of 6, flipper, buy and hold investor, and wholesaler. By day he’s a buyer at an electronics company, by night he buys, fixes, flips, and rents real estate with his family. He started a real estate business as a way to teach his children about entrepreneurship, self reliance, financial responsibility, and making a bit of coin for himself.
